After participating in a travel writing workshop a few weeks ago, I thought about starting my own travel journal to house my personal travel essays and travelogues. It wasn’t really an easy decision, as I’m well aware that I don’t have a lot of readers/visitors for this blog alone…what more for another blog? But I took the risk, believing that readers will come in later, when I’ve done good enough as a storyteller and photographer. I also found it difficult to decide on a name for the blog, as nearly everything I could think of about travel has already been taken. After weeks of planning and rumination, it’s finally up and running.
